SYMMETRY LAB
We focus on identifying postural asymmetries and movement limitations. Our goal is to restore proper body biomechanics, improving symmetry and functional movement without compensations. We build on modern biomechanics methods and exercises developed by the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) to achieve lasting results.
We also use cutting-edge technologies, including our own AI models, to provide the most accurate assessment of body posture.
MOST PEOPLE DON’T REALIZE THIS
Postural asymmetries and a limited ability to transfer weight from one side of the body to the other are the main reasons that:

restrict natural range of motion,
-
cause pain and injuries (such as herniated discs, SI joint pain, piriformis syndrome, tennis elbow, etc.),
-
lead to poor posture and twisting of the body,
-
and limit athletic performance.
Therefore, the goal of our methodology is to restore proper body biomechanics through a systematic approach focused on:
✔️ restoring pelvis and thorax alignment,
✔️ correcting breathing strategy,
✔️ ensuring proper foot function.




HOW WE CAN HELP
Based on a movement assessment and a visual analysis of posture and gait, we identify where movement is limited and which postural asymmetries are causing these restrictions.
We develop an individualized plan of corrective and strength exercises, which we gradually adjust based on the results achieved.
We use advanced exercises to teach the body and brain to properly adopt the intended positions. Correct technique is essential, which is why we dedicate enough time to it.
To achieve lasting results, it is sometimes necessary to adjust postural habits. We also provide guidance on suitable footwear that supports optimal posture and movement.
